Savvy Group, an Ahmedabad-based real estate major, has emerged as the highest bidder for the construction of Gujarat’s biggest non-government Multi-level Car Parking (MLP) project in the GIFT City SEZ area. The project will be developed over an anticipated 2.8 Mn SqFt and will see an estimated investment of INR 1200 Crore.
The upcoming MLP project will have provision for 3,500 parking with 2,000 car parking dedicated to the GIFT City and the rest 1,500 reserved for the building. The project will be designed with international standards and include a commercial building over 15 Lakh SqFt. It will include workspaces, retail, leisure, and entertainment ecosystems. The construction is expected to start within six months whereas it is scheduled to be completed by 2028.

The MLP project will also be equipped with state-of-the-art amenities such as a creche, gym, amphitheatre, wine and dine, etc, along with integrated social infrastructure and well-planned office spaces. The building will mostly include innovation and start-hubs and will provide easy access to the residential zone of the SEZ, providing a truly walk-to-work culture.
