Shapoorji Pallonji eyes INR 500 Crore revenue from new luxury project, Sequoia, in Bangalore

Realty developer Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estates (SPRE) has announced the launch of its new luxury residential tower, Sequoia, over an anticipated 4.3 Lakh SqFt land parcel. The residential development will come up on the company’s existing premium housing project, Parkwest 2.0 at Binnypet, Bangalore, and is anticipated to generate an estimated revenue of INR 500 Crore.

Sequoia will be a 30-storey luxury residential tower featuring 3 and 4 BHK premium apartments with areas ranging between 2,100 Sqft (3 BHK) and 2,900 SqFt (4.5 BHK). The project will also comprise a 25,000 SqFt clubhouse in addition to the operational 56,000 SqFt clubhouse, along with other modern world-class amenities such as an amphitheatre, guest rooms, a banquet hall, swimming pool, gym, outdoor play areas, among others.
