Sumadhura Infracon acquires 100 acres in Bangalore outskirts for warehousing, industrial projects

Sumadhura Infracon Ltd., a Bangalore-based real estate company, has acquired 100 acres of land on the outskirts of Bangalore in order to develop warehousing and industrial projects. This marks the company’s entry into the warehousing segment, with their inaugural project situated on the Hoskote-Chintamani road. 

The first phase of the Sumadhura Urban Infrastructure project will encompass a total development of 2.5 Mn-SqFt, requiring an investment of INR 600 crore

Currently, the company is in the process of acquiring an additional 150 acres of land on the Hoskote-Chintamani Road to expand the overall development area to 6 Mn-SqFt.
