Suzlon bags 378 MW wind energy project from NTPC Green Energy

Suzlon, a leading renewable energy provider, secured a 378 MW wind energy project from NTPC Green Energy. With this, Suzlon increased its total awarded capacity to 1,544 MW.

As part of the agreement, Suzlon will deliver 120 S144 Wind Turbine Generators (WTG). These turbines will come with Hybrid Lattice Towers (HLT), and each will have a rated capacity of 3.15 MW. Moreover, Suzlon will handle the foundation work, erection, and commissioning. In addition, it will provide long-term maintenance and service support.

Through this project, NGEL aims to expand its renewable energy portfolio to 60 GW by 2032. The partnership with Suzlon will further lay foundation for providing high-quality, affordable power.
