Aparna Aqua is being developed at an estimated construction cost of INR 957 Crore whereas the development area will be approximately 2.1 Mn-SqFt. The project involves the construction of three residential towers staggering at a height of 50 stories. Additionally, it features premium amenities such as a 55,000 SqFt clubhouse, a viewing deck, an outdoor cafe, a jacuzzi, an outdoor gym, seating pads, an aerobic pad, a central lawn, and a sunken party lawn, among others.

DESIGN
The project’s architectural blueprint showcases three thoughtfully designed towers while drawing inspiration from the graceful V-formation of birds in flight. These towers are strategically positioned to optimize waterfront views, while their soaring heights symbolise the liberating essence of flight. The design seamlessly integrates linearity and luxury, particularly embodied in the sky villas.
The holistic approach seamlessly combines various disciplines and factors to craft a living environment that is not only functional and sustainable but also aesthetically appealing. In addition to the regional setting, the socio-cultural context, the climate factors, and the integration of green spaces within the project, the Vaastu framework is also considered.
Clubhouse:
The clubhouse draws design inspiration from Tibetan temple architecture, particularly manifesting itself in the expansive roof design that reflects a contemporary interpretation of this style. Spanning a built area of 55,000 SqFt across 7 levels, including the terrace, the clubhouse is enveloped by carefully planned green spaces as well as outdoor amenities. Furthermore, the landscaped upper podium hosts themed amenities, creating an enchanting atmosphere that offers a disconnect from external surroundings.
