Luxury real estate developer, TARC has appointed Arabian Construction Company as the main contractor for its luxury residential projects. The projects are TARC Kailasa in Central West Delhi and TARC 63A in Gurugram.
TARC Kailasa strategically positioned right on the Patel Road, sprawls approximately 2.80 Million-SqFt of luxury residential development and 6 Acres of land parcel. The estimated construction cost of this upcoming project is INR 835 Crore. It features five 40-story towers, a 50 Meter swimming pool, sports arena, wellness center, fitness center and an entertainment zone. The project is expected to be completed by 2028.

Additionally, TARC 63A in Gurugram is another upcoming project. It is expected to boast over 1.80 Million-SqFt of luxury residential space across five 45-story towers. With this initiative, TARC aims to ensure timely and state-of-the-art construction through Arabian Construction Company.
