Delhi-based real estate developer TARC Ltd plans to invest an estimated INR 1200 Crore in its ultra-luxury residential project, named ‘TARC Kailasa‘, in Central Delhi. The project is located on Main Patel Road and is anticipated to generate an approximate revenue of INR 4000 Crore.
The upcoming project sprawls across an anticipated 6 Acres of land parcel with a 1.7 Mn-SqFt construction area. It will include five high-rise residential buildings towering 35 storeys tall. TARC Kailasa will feature 418 residential apartments including 3 BHK (3440 SqFt) and 4 BHK (4246 SqFt) configurations priced at 9 Crore and 12 Crore respectively, along with intriguing entertainment areas.

Singapore-based Andy Fisher Workshop serves as the design architect for this project, while Arabian Construction Company has been appointed as the construction contractor.
