Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited has floated tenders for the selection of a contractor to carry out the civil works of TSGENCO Bhadradri Integrated Township (BTPS), Manuguru, Telangana.
The estimated cost of the proposed BTPS Integrated Township Project will be around INR 500 crores. They started the bid submission process on 13th July 2022 which will remain open till 27th July 2022. The document fee for the tender is INR 29,500. The earnest money deposit (EMD) for the project is INR 9,99,19,000.
The proposed project includes the construction of an Integrated Township for high-rise buildings at Bhadradri Thermal Power Station, Manuguru along with additional infrastructural work. The project comprises the construction of the following buildings-
