Tokai Rika Minda India Private Limited (TRMN), a joint venture between Uno Minda Ltd, a manufacturer of proprietary automotive solutions and systems for OEMs, and Tokai Rika, a manufacturer of control systems, safety, and security equipment, is building a manufacturing facility at Neemrana in the Alwar district of Rajasthan for an investment of INR 200 crore.
The construction of the facility is anticipated to be completed by the middle of 2025. Automated manual transmissions, electric steering wheels, locks, sensors, and circuit boards are all manufactured under this joint venture.
This will be the second TMRN facility in the nation to produce cutting-edge technology, with the modern production of automotive parts spanning over 20 acres.
