Emerald Haven Realty Ltd (TVS Emerald), a real estate developer has formed a joint venture with Columbia Pacific Group, a senior citizen living community operator, to develop and operate a senior living residential project in Chennai.
The project will encompass approximately 250 homes built on a 2.7-acre plot in Thaiyur, located in the neighbouring Chengalpet district. The joint venture will have a 50:50 partnership.
The project will be designed according to international standards and will provide comprehensive solutions to meet the requirements of senior citizens. The project is scheduled to launch in 2024 and is expected to take 4-5 years to complete.
