Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (“UPSRTC”) is a corporation established under GOI’s The Road Transport Corporation Act 1950. It is a state government undertaking providing passenger transport services within the state of Uttar Pradesh and other adjoining states in North India.

UPSRTC Bus Station cum Commercial Project

UPSRTC is contemplating to provide modern infrastructure as bus terminals cum commercial hubs through development and redevelopment of its proposed project sites.

The project envisages the development of 24 modern bus stations on ‘Public Private Partnership” (PPP) basis and a substantial part of the project shall be dedicated to purely commercial activities as per the vision of the developer, on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) model for the Concession Period of 60 years (extendable by another 30 years on FROR basis).

UPSRTC intends to pre-qualify and shortlist suitable Applicants who will be eligible for the participation in the Bid Stage, for awarding the Project (or Projects) through an open competitive Bidding Process in accordance with the procedure set out. A tender notice for the project was published on 02/03/2019 and bid documents were uploaded on etender.up.nic.in
