UP Govt. plans India’s Largest Incubation Center in Lucknow

The Government of UP has planned to build brand new IT parks in the state. An integrated IT Hub & incubation centre spread over an area 40 acres will come up at Amausi Industrial Area, Lucknow. The project shall feature :

  • 30 acres IT park,
  • 2-3 acres Software Technology Parks of India (STPI),
  • Incubator facility in 200,000+sq ft.,
  • 2-3 Acres State Data Centre,
  • 250 seaters Convention Center with Auditorium,
  • 100 seaters Meeting Halls, Board rooms, etc.

The facility shall also have a building (Electronics Niketan) consisting of the PSUs of IT & Electronics Department viz UPLC, UPDESCO, CEG, Shreetron etc. along with other essential services like cafeteria, ATM etc.

UP Electronics Corporation Ltd. (UPLC) has been entrusted to select a Transaction Advisor pertaining to the development of the Integrated IT Park & Incubation Center in the state.
