This project is located near Kayad Village on Pushkar bye pass at Ajmer, Rajasthan. This project will empower the educational and the medical sector of Ajmer by providing hi-end facilities. This upcoming project has been registered in GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) and will have facilities like a sewage treatment plant and a rainwater harvesting plant to take care of sustainability.

This upcoming project is a public project and is currently under construction. This upcoming project will span over a land parcel of 55.5 acres with a construction area of 5,45,095 sq. ft. The project will comprise an academic block, a residential block, hostel facilities, and a dedicated recreational area. The Academic block will have a ground floor and 4 upper floors along with indoor & outdoor sports facilities. A dedicated residential area for teachers will comprise a ground floor and 1 upper floor. The student’s hostel will comprise a ground floor and 5 upper floors. The Principal’s residence will have a ground floor and 1 upper floor.
