Overview of Project:
Infosys Ltd. is developing a new commercial project called Infosys Campus and IT/ITES Park at plot no. A-01 to A-06, Sector- 85, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Presently, the land is vacant. Hence, there will be permanent change in land use from vacant land to IT/ITES Park. The land has been allotted to M/s Infosys Ltd. by Okhla Industrial Development Authority for area admeasuring 111610 sq.m for the development of IT/ITES Park. The development of the project is according to the master plan of Noida. The Bhoomi Poojan ceremony was held on 21st December 2022 for Phase 1. Construction work is yet to start.
Project Specification:
This IT park project will occupy a plot area of 111610 sq.m and have a total built up area of 535443.67 sq.m The project’s total cost is INR 2500 crores. This newly proposed project comprises 6 commercial blocks. There will be a ground floor and two upper floors in Block 1. Block 2 will include 34 upper floors in addition to a basement and ground floor. There will be a basement, ground floor, and 17 upper floors in Block 3. Both Blocks 4 and 5 will include a basement, ground floor, and 42 upper floors. While block 6 will have a basement area, ground floor with 8 upper floors above and an employee care centre with 550 rooms.
