Excavation has started for the Indian Cane Power Molasses-based Distillery Unit, Alagawadi. The Environment Clearance application was submitted on 4th February 2022. The project site is located in the village of Uttur, Mudhol Taluk of the Bagalkot District. At a distance of 9 kilometres, Mudhol is the town nearest to the facility. Owing to ICPL’s (Indian Cane Power Limited) strategic location near the highway, personnel conveyance and goods transportation will become quick and easy. Being close to the sugarcane belt, often known as a high recovery area, benefits the factory’s position.
