Real estate developer Aparna Constructions and Estates announced the launch of its luxury residential project, named Aparna Greenscapes, a gated community project in Kompally, Hyderabad. Spanning across 13.9 acres of land, the project has a total built-up area of around 3,004,179 SqFt.
The estimated construction cost of this project is 1,271 INR Crore and is anticipated to be completed in the next two years. The proposed project will have seven 28-storey residential towers offering 768 premium 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments. It will also include modern luxury amenities such as multi-purpose halls, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a gym, a yoga deck, guest rooms, a spa, a mini-theatre, a café and library, a crèche and other facilities.
Deshraj Assession is the design architect for this project, whereas Design Tree Service Consultants Private Limited is appointed as the structural engineering consultant.
