US-based Aldrich Capital Partners, a major growth equity firm, plans to establish Marathwada’s first private IT park with an estimated investment of USD 1.2 Billion. The company has submitted an application to the Aurangabad Industrial City (Auric), India’s first greenfield smart city, for allotment of an anticipated 13 Acres land for the development.
Of the total land, approximately 8 Acres will be developed as an IT Park while the remaining 5 Acres will be used for developing a super-specialty spine and neurosurgery hospital providing US-based healthcare facilities. The hospital will cater to both domestic and foreign patients.

The construction will start as soon as Aldrich Capital receives approvals from the state government.
