Realty developer Alphacorp has entered a joint venture to develop a luxury residential project named Alphacorp SKY1 in Gurgaon. This project involves an estimated investment of INR 350 Crore.
Located in Sector 15, Part 2, Gurgaon, Alphacorp SKY1 will cover approximately 500,000 SqFt across two land parcels. The land parcels measure an anticipated 2.38 Acres and 2.36 Acres, respectively. The upcoming residential project will feature 29 floors and 200 units, aiming for an estimated revenue of INR 600 Crore. The construction work on the project is expected to start by September 2024.

Additionally, Alphacorp SKY1 offers apartments ranging from approximately 2,400 to 3,600 SqFt. The envisioned residential project will be a paragon of cutting-edge amenities while embodying a profound ecological consciousness.
