Arihant announces MTHL hospitality venture, aims for INR 3,000 Cr

Real estate developer Arihant Superstructures Ltd plans to enter the hospitality sector with the addition of its new annuity income from business comprising a hotel, a gymkhana, and a club with a projected revenue potential of INR 3,000 Crore. The developer plans to establish an anticipated 30 Lakh SqFt of real estate near the MTHL (Mumbai Trans Harbour Link) and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport.

Arihant Group’s first hospitality project will be a part of its ‘World Villas’ and ‘Club 10 gymkhana‘ project in Panvel, Navi Mumbai. It will comprise 221 keys developed over an anticipated 9 Acres of land parcel. The project will also have an additional 10.5 Acres reserved for a sports club and a gymkhana and will see an estimated investment of INR 250 Crore. It is poised to serve as a destination for weddings and corporate events apart from rental rooms.

Moreover, the company is currently building a villa project in Navi Mumbai over more than 100 Acres of land parcel. Arihant Superstructures Ltd has so far delivered nearly 12,000 homes across 60 projects and has over 2000 units under construction over an approximately 18 Lakh SqFt.
