County Group to invest INR 5000 Crore on a luxury project in Noida

Noida’s first luxury real estate developer, County Group, on Wednesday, February 14, announced the launch of its new ultra-luxury residential complex over an anticipated 28 Acres of land parcel in sector 115 of Noida. The project will see an estimated investment of INR 5000 Crore over the next five years with a revenue potential of approximately INR 7500 Crore.

The residential project, Ivory County, will be developed in three phases and include two sections – Ivory County (having luxury apartments) and Ivory County Gold (offering ultra-luxury apartments). The overall project will offer 2372 premium apartments, whereas the first phase will comprise 1500 units. The area offered in the first phase will range between 2034 SqFt to 6939 SqFt and be priced at approximately INR 3-12 Crore.

Ivory County will also feature world-class premium amenities such as two ultra-luxury clubhouses, sports facilities, dining options, a swimming pool, an amphitheatre, an artist’s corner, an animal park, gardens, music areas, and water bodies among others.
