Experion Developers to invest INR 1,500 Crore in new project in Noida

Real estate firm Experion Developers recently announced investing an estimated INR 1,500 crore in developing a luxury residential project in Noida, as part of its expansion plans. Situated in Sector 45 of Noida, this project will offer premium residences covering an anticipated 4.7 Acres of land parcel.

The upcoming project named Experion Elements will comprise 320 residential units, of which 160 units will be launched in the first phase. These will be 3 and 4 BHK residences starting at INR 5 Crore onwards. The project will have a development area of approximately 10 Lakh-SqFt and will showcase modern infrastructure. Additionally, it will feature luxury amenities such as a cafe, clubhouse, shopping center, state-of-the-art fitness center, and swimming pool, along with landscaped gardens, and recreational and fitness assemblies.

Experion Developers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Experion Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore, recognizes Noida as an important real estate market within the Delhi-NCR region. The company acquired land for this project through an auction process facilitated by the state government. It aims to address the surging demand for residential properties in the region.
