Greenergy Bio Refineries Private Limited (an SPV of Golden Group) proposed to establish a 300 KLPD grain-based distillery. They also proposed a 9 MW Cogeneration Plant. This project is in survey numbers 36/1A/2, 36/3, 37/4, 37/5, 37/10 and 38/1, Hanumanahalli, Ranebennur, Haveri district, in Karnataka. The project is on a land parcel of 23.1 acres, with a construction area of 6,73,873 sq. ft.
The Golden Group Grain-based Distillery Plant is in the initial stage of Environmental Clearances. Their team submitted the EC application and should receive the required approvals soon. They appointed Regreen Excel as Contractor on a turnkey basis. The project cost is INR 238 crores. Construction will begin in late 2022 and will finish by 2023.
