Greenbase to invest INR 1,000 Cr to develop industrial parks around Chennai

Greenbase Industrial and Logistics Park, a JV (Joint Venture) between Niranjan Hiranandani Group and Blackstone, plans to invest an estimated INR 1000 Crore for setting up Industrial Parks across Chennai over the next two years.

The company will invest an estimated INR 500 Crore for an Industrial Park over an anticipated 50 Acres of land parcel with a construction area of approximately 2Mn-SqFt in Oragadam, on the outskirts of the city. Greenbase has already developed a 3Mn-SqFt land area in this location while 1Mn-SqFt land is still under construction.

Another INR 500 Crore will be invested towards developing Industrial Parks across Palur, Sriperumbudu, and Oragadam micro-markets over an anticipated 200 Acres of land parcel. The project is poised to attract various companies from the automotive, renewable energies, electronics, and engineering sectors.
