This project envisages the redevelopment of the General Pool Residential (GPRA) Colony (Package V) at Netaji Nagar in New Delhi.

Overview of the Project:

NBCC (India) Ltd has undertaken the redevelopment of the General Pool Residential (GPRA) Colony at Netaji Nagar in New Delhi on behalf of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India. The overall project occupying nearly 109.32 Acres, envisages redeveloping the existing quarters and shops for housing General Pool Residential accommodation (comprising Type II, III, IV, V, and VI quarters), GPOA (Office accommodation), social infrastructure, and other allied facilities. 

NBCC has floated the tender for selecting an EPC contractor on a design and build basis for Package V of this project sprawling across an anticipated 16.09 Acres of land with a construction area of 2,221,262 SqFt. The estimated construction cost is INR 710 Crore and it is scheduled to be completed within two years of commencement. 

As per Package V, the scope of work includes the construction of Type VI residential buildings, a community hall, an ESS building, and other miscellaneous buildings. Gian P Mathur & Associates Private Limited (GPM) serves as the design architect for this project.
