House of Abhinandan Lodha plans to launch a 25-acre project in Ayodhya by January 2024

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HOABL), the real estate developer, known for its involvement in plotted development, intends to launch a residential plotted development project spanning 25 acres in the Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh in January 2024. 

The project, situated approximately 15 minutes from the upcoming Ram Temple, will require an investment of approximately INR 300 Crore

The project’s location holds great strategic value, being only 12 to 15 minutes away from the upcoming Ram Temple. Additionally, the upcoming international airport is within a convenient 20-minute drive, and one can reach Lucknow International Airport in just about 2.5 to 3 hours.

According to the company, the gated plotted project will majorly be for residential purposes, with a specific portion allocated for retail and other uses.

HOABL has pledged an investment of INR 1,200 Crore in Ayodhya. In the initial phase set to launch in January or February 2024, the company intends to invest approximately INR 300-400 crore. They aim to conclude this phase by the end of fiscal year 2026-27.

Ayodhya holds significant potential and is poised to transform into a spiritual capital, attracting a substantial influx of tourists.
