Pacific Group has decided to develop a grand 15 Lakh-SqFt shopping mall and a premium hotel in Jaipur. The company took this step to tap into the growing demand for high-end retail destinations and has already acquired an anticipated 11 Acres of land parcel in the city.
Additionally, Pacific Group will construct a hotel with 130 rooms. A reputed hospitality chain will manage this hotel, ensuring world-class service. While the company plans to open the shopping mall by the end of 2026, the hotel will welcome guests in 2027.

At present, Pacific Group operates nine shopping malls across Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Dehradun. These existing developments collectively span over 30 Lakh-SqFt of retail area. The new Jaipur venture will further elevate the group’s legacy in the shopping mall space.
