Signature Global to invest INR 2,500 Crore in Gurugram Residential projects

Realty developer Signature Global plans to invest approximately 2,500 INR-Crore in developing residential projects in Gurugram during the second half of FY24. The proposed projects will be developed over 6 million SqFt of land parcels, expanding the developer’s presence in three micro-markets in Gurugram.

Signature Global has already acquired land parcels in Sector 71, Sector 37D, and Sohna and plans to launch the projects before March 2024. The company has signed definitive documents to obtain 25.14 acres of land in Sector 71, Gurugram. This land will be developed as a mixed-use project, including residential and commercial zones.

The developer will invest an estimated amount of 750 INR-Crore for land and approval purposes with an additional 1,200 INR-Crore for the construction of the project. With two major projects in the pipeline for the remaining months of the financial year, Signature Global anticipates launching projects worth 8,500 INR-Crore.
