At a ceremony honoring the 40 years of Maruti Suzuki and Suzuki Japan’s partnership in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially laid the cornerstones for the Suzuki Group’s two new projects: the Suzuki Motor Gujarat Electric Vehicle Battery Manufacturing Facility in Hansalpur, Gujarat, and Maruti Suzuki’s upcoming vehicle manufacturing facility in Kharkhoda, Haryana.
