This project envisages the construction of a residential project, named Palm Olympia, by Sam India Infrastructure LLP, in Ghaziabad.

Sam India Infrastructure LLP is constructing a mixed use project named Palm Olympia in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. It is being developed in 2 phases with phase 1 including existing development. Palm Olympia Phase 2 will occupy an anticipated 25 Acres plot in Sector – 16 C, Greater Noida (west). 

The upcoming residential project will have a construction area of approximately 40,73,784 SqFt and an estimated construction cost of INR 1,222 Crore. Palm Olympia Phase 2 will feature various amenities such as a swimming pool, table tennis, Badminton court, Kids play area, Spa/ Sauna, Skating rink and a Party hall.

The design architect for this project is Confluence Consultancy Services. Optimum Design Private Limited serves as the structural engineer while Consummate Engineering Services Private Limited (CESPL) is the MEP consultant.
