Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Blue Wings Tours & Travel Pvt Ltd, a luxury resort developer, for setting up its new hospitality project, Wyndham Grand Hotel and Branded Residences, at Fateh Sagar Lake, Udaipur. The project is scheduled to be operational by FY2025.
Wyndham Grand Udaipur Fateh Sagar Lake will sprawl over an anticipated 9.5 Acres of land parcel and feature 140 luxurious guest rooms comprising private pool villas and shaded pools. The project will also feature banqueting spaces, diverse dining options, a fitness center, and a spa. It is poised to serve as a destination for weddings and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) events.
