Triple S, a hotel and development company from Jammu, signed a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. They plan to open a new hotel under the ‘Ramada Encore’ by Wyndham brand.
Set to open in 2026, the hotel by Wyndham will be on Akhnoor Road in Jammu. It will boast a modern design with 54 contemporary rooms. It will also include a lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a health club, and a spa. Additionally, there will be meeting rooms, event space, and a business center.

In addition, Naini Habitat Developers Private Limited (NHDPL), a real estate company focused on hotels, housing, and townships has also partnered with Wyndham Hotels. They plan to open ‘Ramada Resort and Residences’ in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
Ramada Resort and Residences by Wyndham Nainital will offer about 155 keys, including villas. It will include facilities such as an all-day dining and bar lounge, banquet halls, lawns, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and recreational amenities. Situated on an anticipated 8 Acres of land near the famous Kainchi Dham ashram, this hotel will open in 2027.
