Anant Raj to invest INR 10,000 Crore for 300 MW Data Centers

Anant Raj Ltd is making significant strides in the data center domain. The company plans to develop data centers with a total capacity of 300 MW of IT load, estimated at INR 1,000 Crore. Having previously constructed IT buildings across three locations – Manesar, Rai, and Panchkula, Anant Raj is presently transforming these structures into data centers.

In Manesar, Anant Raj holds approximately 1.2 Mn SqFt of space on a 10-acre site. Moreover, the potential capacity here could reach up to 50 MW. The initial phase at Manesar Data Center has already completed. In Rai, the company has secured 2.1 Mn SqFt on a 25-acre plot, with the possibility of doubling capacity. Additionally, Rai has the potential to accommodate a 200 MW data center.

At Panchkula, Anant Raj owns 500,000 SqFt of land on a 10-acre parcel, with expansion options. These data centers are poised to meet the growing demand for comprehensive data solutions in key cities.
