Realty developer Brigade Group, on Saturday, March 2, announced the launch of its new residential project, Dioro@Brigade El Dorado, at Aerospace Park KIADB in North Bangalore. The project is a part of Brigade Group’s 50-acre township project named Brigade El Dorado and will see an estimated investment of INR 380 Crore.
Brigade Dioro will spread over an anticipated 0.5 Mn SqFt of land parcel and offer 525 spacious 2 BHK & 3 BHK (940 SqFt to 1380 SqFt) units in two towers. Brigade El Dorado, the township, has a total project size of nearly 6.1 Mn SqFt and comes with a diverse range of over 80 amenities. These comprise a hospital, a central park, two Miyawaki forests, a multiplex, a sports area, and retail facilities.
