Embassy Group inks JDA for Premium Residential Project in Bengaluru’s Whitefield

The renowned real estate developer Embassy Group has signed a JDA (Joint Development Agreement) for a new premium residential project at Whitefield in Bangalore occupying an anticipated 3.75 Acres of land parcel. The upcoming luxury project will have an estimated revenue potential of INR 500 Crore and is poised to cater to the young millennials of the booming IT and ITeS sector.

The Whitefield residential project will sprawl across an impressive 5.4 Lakh SqFt and offer premium 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments. It will feature 400 accommodations along with world-class amenities. The project located close to Hoodi Junction is expected to be completed in Q4 of FY24.

Additionally, the Embassy Group plans to launch approximately INR 5000 Crore worth of inventories in the coming year, to meet the existing demands for premium and luxury living spaces. The company currently has a vast portfolio of over 70 Mn SqFt covering commercial, residential, industrial, warehousing, retail, hospitality, and educational spaces.
