Geojit Financial Services Limited and Infopark Kochi have joined forces to construct a state-of-the-art office space within the IT park, with the aim of catalyzing the growth of the financial, investment, and technology sectors. The CEO of Infopark, Susanth Kurunthil, and the Managing Director of Geojit, C.J. George, inked a lease agreement for 1.25 acres of land for the purpose of building IT/ITES infrastructure.
The new facility, to be situated in Infopark Kochi Phase II, will encompass 1.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area, with completion expected in three phases. In the first stage, Geojit will commence construction of its data center, customer care center, and ancillary operations in 55,000 sq ft of space.
Once the construction is finished, Geojit Technologies’ development center will be relocated to the new premises, which will offer various amenities such as tele-trading centers, customer experience development centers, software labs, and ample parking facilities.
C.J. George, Managing Director of Geojit Financial Services highlighted the park’s attractive features, including access to top talent, dependable infrastructure, secure environment, and streamlined regulatory clearances, as reasons for choosing Infopark as their partner.
