Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) announced the signing of an upcoming hotel in Surat, Gujarat, under its franchise ‘IHCL SeleQtions’. The proposed greenfield project will be located on upscale Dumas Road, in proximity to Surat International Airport and key business districts.
The upcoming IHCL SeleQtions Hotel, Surat, will feature 175 well-appointed rooms with an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, and enticing recreational amenities such as a swimming pool, a bar, and a fitness center. The project will also have an 8,000 SqFt Banquet Hall and multiple conference and meeting rooms.

Suma Venkatesh, executive vice president – Real Estate & Development, at IHCL, said the signing aligns with IHCL’s vision to be present in key commercial cities across India. It will be the 23rd addition to the company’s existing hotels across Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger brands in Gujarat.
