The residential project will have a construction area of nearly 1,530,100 SqFt and feature 530 premium 3 & 4 BHK apartments (carpet area ~1750-2850 SqFt). The upcoming venture will highlight multiple leisure amenities such as a multipurpose hall, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, indoor games zone, music room, library, AV room, etc.
Zachariah Consultants is the design architect whereas Geo Structurals Private Limited is appointed as the structural engineering consultant for this project. MAPLE Engg-Design Services is the MEP consultant.
