Real estate developer Aparna Constructions and Estates, on Tuesday, January 30, announced two new residential projects worth a combined estimated investment of INR 2425 Crore in Hyderabad. These gated community apartment projects are namely Aparna Newlands and Aparna Sarovar Towers.
The projects will have more than 2500 apartments ranging between nearly 1475 SqFt to 3700 SqFt area. Aparna Newlands will be developed over an anticipated 14 Acres of land parcel and include 1976 residential units, whereas Aparna Sarovar Towers will occupy nearly 5 Acres of land parcel housing 585 units.
