Arvind SmartSpaces announces Township Project in Surat

India’s leading real estate developer, Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd (ASL), on Thursday, February 01, announced the signing of an agreement for a multi-use golf-themed township project in Surat, Gujarat. This will be the company’s 19th addition in the state under a joint development model with a 55% revenue share.

The upcoming project will be developed over an anticipated 300 Acres of land parcel with an estimated investment of INR 1100 Crore in North Surat along NH 48. It is envisaged to be Surat’s first large-scale plotting project having a golf course, a large clubhouse, orchards with a range of full-grown trees, and a private lake.

The township project is located close to various parts of Surat including the industrial cities of Ankleshwar and Bharuch. With this addition, ASL is now operational in five cities in India with a topline potential of approximately INR 3900 Crore. The company looks forward to adding projects in the Bengaluru, Pune and MMR regions in the coming quarters, said Kamal Singal, Managing Director and CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces.
