Realty developer Anant Raj Realtors has announced the development of a luxury residential project over an anticipated 1 Mn SqFt area in Gurgaon. The Delhi-based realtor expects to generate an approximate revenue of INR 1800 Crore through this project.
The upcoming residential project will come up on the Golf Course Extension Road at the company’s existing 180-Acre integrated township project – ‘Anant Raj Estate‘. The high-rise luxury residential project will cover nearly 5.43 Acres of land and include 248 premium condominiums. It will have more than 30 storeys featuring 4BHK apartments with carpet areas ranging between 3700 SqFt-4800 SqFt.

With more than 200 families residing in the township project, Anant Raj currently has 1000-1100 units under construction in both projects. The developer also recently announced an estimated investment of INR 10,000 Crore towards its data center vertical with developments underway in Manesar, Rai, and Panchkula.
