Kolte-Patil bags 2 society redevelopment projects in MMR worth INR 545 Crore

Realty developer Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd, on Tuesday, January 23, announced that the company has signed two new society redevelopment projects in the western suburbs of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The projects are estimated to have a combined revenue potential of INR 545 Crore.

The projects have a total saleable area of approximately 3.06 Lakh SqFt and are located in the prime residential areas of Dahisar and Versova. These align with the company’s growth and diversification goals of expanding its presence in MMR.

The redevelopment project at Dahisar is well-connected with the Western Express Highway and has an anticipated development area of 2.13 Lakh SqFt with a revenue potential of INR 325 Crore. The Versova redevelopment project has a saleable area of nearly 0.93 Lakh SqFt with an estimated revenue potential of INR 220 Crore.

With these projects, Kolte-Patil Developers has a total of 15 projects in its pipeline around the MMR having a combined development area of 3.3Mn SqFt and an approximate revenue generation of INR 4,000 Crore.
