Mivi’s new INR 200 Crore Manufacturing Facility to come up in Telangana

Homegrown consumer electronics brand Mivi on Friday, April 5, started the construction of its new research and development (R&D) facility in Hyderabad. This facility will integrate India’s first R&D with manufacturing at an estimated investment of INR 200 Crore.

The upcoming facility will integrate state-of-the-art technologies and adhere to environmental sustainability standards. It will have a manufacturing capacity of 100,000 units per day and will produce a wide range of audio products, such as earphones, soundbars, speakers, gaming accessories, and related merchandise. This expansion will effectively double the company’s production capacity.

Alongside producing exceptional products, it will generate opportunities and a positive impact nationwide. Notably, it will house component manufacturing for wearables, presently non-existent in India.
