Mumbai-based real estate developer Oberoi Realty Ltd, on Monday, November 20, announced the launch of its first luxury residential project, Forestville in Thane. Located in Kolshet the residential development will occupy a land area of 18 acres.
Forestville will comprise five residential towers, of which the company has launched three towers in phase I. It will feature spacious 3 BHK luxury apartments starting from 1,090 SqFt, available at a sales value of 1.87 INR-Crore onwards.

The project draws inspiration from ‘biophilia’ – through air, water, light, and nature – designed to blend nature with urban living. It showcases green spaces, water features, and a design rooted in eco-consciousness.
Oberoi Realty has also marked its foray into the Delhi-NCR property market by buying a nearly 15-acre land parcel in Gurugram for 597 INR-Crore to develop a luxury housing project.
