The project will spread across an anticipated 1 Acre of land. It will be a multi-story high-rise tower in Veena Nagar – Phase 2 at Mulund West.
Additionally, Shraddha Prime has contributed INR 2,60,15,100 towards stamp duty on the registration of the Development Agreement. The project is in line with the Company’s mission to develop distinguished properties that offer modern living standards. Currently, the project is in planning whereas, the team will seek the necessary approvals for construction in the upcoming financial year.
