Ahluwalia Contracts, during its exchange filing on June 1, announced receiving an order from India Jewellery Park Mumbai to construct a gems and jewellery park. The project has an expected completion period of 32 months.
The project ‘India Jewellery Park‘, will be developed over an anticipated 21.26 Acres of land in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The project’s construction cost is estimated to be INR 969 Crore, whereas the development area is approximately 7,501,584 SqFt.
The scope of work involves constructing four commercial blocks comprising small, large, and medium Karkhana, offices, and high-end amenities. Additionally, the project will feature a hospital, external and internal amenities, a police chowki, fire fighting services, and landscaping.
Voyants Solutions Pvt Ltd provides architectural design services for this project, whereas Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited is the general turnkey contractor.
As of June 2024, India Jewellery Park is in the design stage and is expected to commence within 2 months.
