Merlin Group is actively developing its new upcoming residential project named Merlin Elementa 2, in Tathawade at Pune, Maharashtra. The project will be developed in two phases over an anticipated 10 Acres of land parcel. It will see an estimated investment of INR 801 Crore and will have a development area of approximately 1,781,917 SqFt.
Merlin Elementa 2 involves the construction of three residential towers (10 wings) with 13 storeys and two commercial blocks. The project will also feature remarkable amenities such as a rooftop skywalk, indoor badminton court, banquet, high-street retail center, amphitheatre, clubhouse, mini theatre, etc. As of February 2024, foundation work is in progress, while the project is expected to be completed by 2026.
A & T Consultants is serving as the design architect for this project, whereas G A Bhilare Consultants Private Limited has been appointed as the structural engineering consultant. MEP System Design Solutions is the MEP consultant for the same.
